I have my players' info on spreadsheets. Do I have to manually input them?
No! You’re able to import your roster into AthleteIQ seamlessly. Upload your spreadsheet and we’ll map the columns for you — player name, guardian name, guardian phone, and jersey number carry right over. You just assign age groups after.
Does AthleteIQ process payments?
No — AthleteIQ is a dues ledger. It tracks who has paid and who’s behind so you’re never chasing families, but the money moves through whatever method you already use (Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, check). We never touch your funds.
How much does it cost?

Do parents and players get their own view?
Yes. Every player gets a profile with their schedule, stats, dues balance, and any videos their coach posts. Dues and schedule notices go to both the player and the guardian email on file, so parents stay in the loop.
Can I run multiple age groups or A/B teams?
Absolutely. Create a program for each age group, and add an optional team label (like 10U A and 10U B) to run more than one team at the same age. Events and videos can target a single program or the whole club.
How do families get notified about schedules and announcements?
By email, automatically. Post an event or announcement and everyone on that roster — player and guardian — gets it. Inactive players are skipped, and anyone can manage their email preferences.
Can coaches share instructional videos and game film?
Yes. Post clips to the Video Library (club-wide) or Game Film (per program), then share them straight to your players’ inboxes or copy a link to send yourself. Players watch on their own profile any time.
Do players need to make their own account?
They can, but they don’t have to. You can add players to the roster with just a name and guardian contact. When you’re ready, send an invite and they claim their profile in seconds — standalone players can join your team by email too.
Is my club's data private and secure?
Yes. Each club’s data is isolated and only visible to that club’s director and members. We don’t sell data, and families control the emails they receive.
What if a player joins mid-season and owes back dues?
When you add a player you can backdate their dues start date, so past months accrue automatically — or add a one-off charge for the balance. Either way the ledger reflects exactly what they owe.
Can I cancel or change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your billing settings whenever you like — no long-term contract.
